Engineering studio for early-stage startups

From idea to a working product, without the agency overhead.

We're three engineers who build web apps, MVPs and AI integrations. You talk directly to the people writing the code, see progress every week, and own everything we ship.

  • Stack chosen to fit the product
  • Async-friendly, overlap with US hours
  • Fixed-scope or ongoing work

Services

Focused on what small teams and founders need most.

MVPs for startups

Turn a spec, a Figma file or a napkin sketch into a product real users can sign up for. We cut scope with you so the first version ships quickly and is easy to grow.

Web applications

Full-stack web apps: dashboards, internal tools, customer portals, billing, admin panels. Also maintenance, upgrades and new features for existing codebases.

AI integrations & automation

Add LLM features to your product or automate manual workflows: document processing, support assistants, data extraction, internal agents wired into your tools.

How we work

  1. 01

    Intro call

A short call to understand the problem, the users and the deadline. No charge, no commitment.

  2. 02

    Scope & estimate

A written plan with milestones, a price range and what's explicitly out of scope.

  3. 03

    Weekly delivery

Working software on a staging URL every week, with a short written update. You can change priorities between iterations.

  4. 04

    Handover

Your repository, your infrastructure, documented. Stay with us for support or take it in-house.

FAQ

The questions founders usually ask before working with a small remote team.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code lives in your repository and runs on your accounts from day one. Intellectual property is assigned to you in the contract.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send yours or we'll send ours, and we can sign it before the first call.

Where are you based, and how do time zones work?

We're a remote team based in Europe. Our working hours overlap with US mornings (Eastern Time). The rest of the day we work async and post written updates, so nothing waits on a meeting.

How do you price projects?

Projects with a clear scope get a fixed price split into milestones. Ongoing work is billed hourly or as a monthly retainer. After the intro call you get a written estimate with a price range and a list of what's out of scope.

What if our priorities change mid-project?

They usually do. You can reorder the backlog between weekly iterations. If the scope changes a lot, we re-estimate before continuing.

Can you work on an existing codebase?

Yes. We start with a short audit, then work on fixes, upgrades and new features alongside your team or on our own.

What happens after launch?

You choose: we stay on for support and new features, or we hand over documentation and walk your in-house team through the codebase.
